EMPLOYEE #1 WAS STABBING GRAIN AT AN INSPECTION HATCH. HE WAS STRUCK IN THE BACK BY FALLING GRAIN; KNOCKED THROUGH THE HATCH AND INTO THE BIN. HE WAS BURIED BY THE FLOWING GRAIN AND SUFFOCATED.
