Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees housed in Bunk House #70 were exposed to the hazards of fire, smoke inhalation, electric shock and electrocution: a)Kitchen - The electrical outlet, which was mounted on the north wall, was not provided with a cover or face-plate, exposing live electrical parts to accidental contact. b)Bedroom - The electrical outlet, which was mounted on the south wall, was not provided with a cover or face-plate, exposing live electrical parts to accidental contact. c)Shower Room - The light switch, was not provided with a cover or face-plate, exposing live electrical parts to accidental contact. d)Toilet Room - The light switch, was not provided with a cover or face-plate, exposing live electrical parts to accidental contact. e)Boiler Room - The two well pump starters and two well pressure switches were not provided with covers, exposing live electrical parts to accidental contact. f)Kitchen - The White Westinghouse refrigerator was not g
