Emily Hargrove

Emily Hargrove most recently served as a senior policy advisor in OSHA. Prior to joining OSHA, she served as the associate administrator for enforcement at the Department of Labor’s Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). Prior to joining MSHA, she was an attorney in the Department of Labor Solicitor’s Office from 2012-2013.

Before serving in the government, Ms. Hargrove was an associate at three Washington, DC law firms where her focus was labor and employment law. Ms. Hargrove earned a J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Hiram College in Ohio.
