The Wilkes-Barre Area Office’s CAS retired around the beginning of this agreement term. As was the case, limited activities were conducted to support the agreement at the end of the term. OSHA hired a CAS in June of 2019 and will continue to work with STEPS of PA to provide their members and others with training, information, guidance, and access to OSHA resources that will help them protect employees’ health and safety. OSHA and STEPS of PA will reevaluate the previous alliance efforts and will work with STEPS of PA to negotiate the development of an Alliance Agreement Renewal.
