Overview
Alliance between the United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration and T & T Staff Management, L.P. was established as a collaborative relationship to foster a safety and more healthful workplace for Americans working in the construction industries. The goal of the Alliance is to save lives, particularly in reducing and preventing exposure to construction hazards such as falls from elevations, struck-by and caught-in-between objects, and electrocution

- 10 Hour Outreach Training:

- Other Safety Training Provided to Food Service Safety, Powered Industrial Truck, Confined Space, Hazard Communication, Aerial Lift, Scaffolding and Excavation, etc., in 2006 to 1639 employees.
- May 6/7, 2004 Participated in the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), First Annual “Safety without Borders” Safety Seminar held at the El Paso Convention Center. A booth was provided by T & T to promote the Alliance between OSHA and T & T.
- July 14, 2004, T&T presented “An Alliance with OSHA” at the ASSE monthly meeting.
- August 6, 2004, meeting at Vista Hills Country Club with over 200 employers where OSHA and T & T presented a duel program covering “Introduction to OSHA” and “ Upper Management’s Commitment to Safety”
- August 11, 2004, T&T met with UTEP’s PACE to try and expand safety training in English and Spanish for the El Paso, West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Northern New Mexico areas.
- Since the inception of the Alliance in 2004, over 700 CFR Manuals published by Mangan Communications, Inc., have been issued by T & T to individuals in the construction industry in El Paso and surrounding areas.
- Youth Outreach: In 2007 CFRs published by Mangan Communications, Inc., have been distributed to local school districts for distribution to students enrolled in Career and Technology course (i.e. Building Trades, Automotive Trades, etc.)
