Overview
The Alliance between the United States Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration and El Paso Association of Contractors was established as a collaborative relationship to foster a safety and more healthful workplace for Americans working in the general and construction industries. The goal of the Alliance is to save lives, particularly in reducing and preventing exposure to construction and industrial contractor hazards, such as falls from elevations, struck-by and caught-in-between objects, and electrocution.

Raising Awareness of OSHA's Rulemaking and Enforcement Initiatives: To share information on OSHA’s National/Regional/Local Emphasis Programs, Regulatory Agenda, and opportunities to participate in the construction rulemaking process.
