The General Working Conditions in Shipyard Employment standard (29 CFR Part 1915 Subpart F) was issued May 2, 2011 and became effective August 1, 2011, except for the provisions in §1915.89, The Control of Hazards Energy, which became effective on October 31, 2011. This module has been udpated to reflect those requirements.
