The grantee will provided training programs for workers, employers and 4-hour train-the-trainer classes on workplace violence. Target audience includes small businesses, young workers, minority, and other hard-to-reach workers. Training topics will include an introduction to hazard identification and control, prevention, and mitigation of workplace violence, worker rights and whistleblower protection. Training materials will include handouts that are accessible for low-literacy youth and adult participants. |
