Target audience includes small businesses, limited English proficiency, low literacy, minority, and young workers. Training topics will include fall prevention from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs. Plan to revise existing materials including PowerPoint presentations, student handouts, and participatory exercises, and conduct hands-on demonstrations. Training was provided in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. |
