The grantee proposed to provide 6 hours of fall prevention in construction training with emphasis on advanced rigging principles to communication tower workers and employers. Training will include introduction to OSHA, synthetic rope, rigging plans, rigging safety factors, lift system, forces and equipment components, rigging classifications, and qualified rigger responsibilities. The grantee used experienced industry subject matter experts to develop the advanced rigging principles training materials. Training was in English. |
