The targeted audience includes union affiliated tradesman and limited English proficiency workers in this high-hazard industry. Training included identification of silica hazards, safe work practices, engineering controls, and personal protective equipment. The grantee revised existing training materials from their previous Harwood grant. Training was presented in English and Spanish. |
