Variance granted to Fisher Mills, Inc. from the standards prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.176(f) concerning the use of derail and/or bumper blocks to prevent rolling railroad cars from contacting other cars being worked on, or entering a building, work, or traffic area. Effective January 11, 1974, and shall remain in effect until modified or revoked.
