Approval of South Carolina (SC) State standards, Region IV, pertaining to amendments of Coal Tar Pitch Volatiles, Revision (1910. 1002); Marine Terminals, New (1917); Hazard Communication, New (1910. 1200); Medical Requirements, Commercial Diving Operations, Revocation (1910.411); Servicing Multi-Piece and Single Piece Rim Wheels, Amendment (1910.177); and Revocation of Certain Advisory and Repetitive Standards (1910). The State standards are identical to the Federal standards. The effective date of the decision is January 29, 1985.
