Abstract:

Approval of Oregon (OR) State standards, Region X, pertaining to the amendment of OAR Chapter 9, 11, 16, and 437 of the Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Code, unguarded machinery nip points. The State standards are more specific than Federal standards in defining vertical and horizontal clearance of unguarded machinery nip points. The effective date of this decision is January 29, 1985.
