Abstract:

Approval of Alaska (AK) State standards, Region X, pertaining to amendments to the Construction Code, General Safety Code, and Occupational and Industrial Structures Code. These codes are comparable to Part 1910, General Industry, and Part 1926, Construction. The amended State standards are at least as effective as the comparable Federal standards. The effective date of this decision is January 29, 1985.
