Abstract:

Approval of Utah (UT) State standards, Region VIII, pertaining to Occupational Exposure to Ethylene Oxide Provision of General Industry Standards (1910.19) and Occupational Exposure to Ethylene Oxide (1910. 1047). The State standard on Occupational Exposure to Ethylene Oxide is identical to the Federal standard action, with the only exception being paragraph numbering. Effective date is January 31, 1985.
