    Variance granted to Zurn Industries, Inc. and Tileman & Co. Ltd. from the standards prescribed in 29 CFR 1926.451(l)(5), (now moot), concerning boatswain's chairs and in 29 CFR 1926.552(c)(1), (c)(2), (c)(3) and (c)(14)(i) concerning personnel hoists. Effective May 7, 1985 and it shall remain in effect unless otherwise modified or revoked.
