Abstract:
Hazard Communication; standard (HCS) Advance notice of proposed
rulemaking. Request for comments and information on expanding the
scope of industries covered by the HCS. Information is required to
establish the current status of hazard communication within the
industries outside manufacturing and the appropriateness of covering
those industries in a manner similar to the coverage of
manufacturing in the current rules. Twelve questions have been
listed for areas in which information is lacking. Comments due
