Abstract:

Recordkeeping requirements for tests, inspections, and maintenance checks. Existing recordkeeping requirements will be minimized by allowing the employer to certify that regulatory requirements have been met. Revises 1915.113(b)(1), Shackles and Hooks; 1915.172(d), Portable Air Receivers and Other Unfired Pressure Vessels. Written comments, objections, and requests for a hearing must be postmarked by March 4, 1986.
