Recordkeeping requirements for tests, inspections, and maintenance
checks. Existing recordkeeping requirements will be minimized by
allowing the employer to certify that regulatory requirements have
been met. Revises 1926.550(b)(2), Cranes and Derricks;
1926.552(c)(15), Material Hoists, Personnel Hoists and Elevators;
1926.903(e), Underground Transportation of Explosive. Written
