Abstract:
Schedules an informal public hearing concerning the proposed
revision of certain recordkeeping requirements in 1915 for tests,
inspections and maintenance checks. Under the proposal, compliance
with the substantive requirements would be certified by the employer
instead of keeping documented with written records (51 FR 312,
January 3, 1986). Notices of intention to appear at the informal
public hearing must be postmarked by April 1, 1986. Testimony and
all evidence which will be offered into the hearing record must be
received by April 8, 1986. The hearing will begin on April 15, 1986
in Washington, D.C.
