Abstract:

Notice of eligibility of the Indiana (IN) State plan, Region V, for determination as to whether final approval of the plan should be granted. If approval is granted, Federal standards and enforcement authority will no longer apply to issues covered by the State standard. Written public comment is solicited to determine whether or not the final State plan approval should be granted. Interested parties may request an informal public hearing. Written comments or requests for a hearing must be received by June 23, 1986.
