Abstract:

This notice certifies the completion of all structural and developmental aspects of the State of Connecticut (CT), Region I, Department of Labor approved public employee (State and local government) only State plan. No judgment is rendered as to the adequacy of the State's actual performance. Federal OSHA has jurisdiction and provides full enforcement coverage of all occupational safety and health standards with regard to employers and employees in the private sector. The effective date is August 19, 1986.
