Approval of New York (NY) State standards supplements, Region II, pertaining to power lawn mowers (1910.243); coke oven emissions, conforming deletions (1910.1029); ethylene oxide labeling requirements (1910.1047); hazard communication: interim final rule and corrections, 1910.1200. The State standards are identical to the Federal standards. The effective date of this decision is August 26, 1986.
