Abstract:

Approval of Puerto Rico (PR) State standards, Region II, pertaining to Commercial Diving, Deletions to Subpart T (1910.411) and Occupational Exposure to Cotton Dust, Amendment (1910.19, 1910.1000 and 1910.1043). The State standards are identical to the comparable Federal standards. The effective date of this decision is October 28, 1986.
