Approval of Nevada (NV) State standards, Region IX, pertaining to Ethylene Oxide, Labeling Requirements (1910.1047) and Hazard Communication (Interim Final Rule and Lubricating Oils) (1910.1200). The State standards are identical to the Federal standards. The effective date of the decision is December 5, 1986.
