Extends the comment period in which written comments and requests for hearing may be submitted concerning the notice of proposed rulemaking on safety standards for scaffolds used in the Construction Industry which was issued November 25, 1986 (51 FR 42680). Written comments and requests for a hearing on the proposal must be postmarked by June 1, 1987.
