    The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission is correcting its revised Rules of Procedure which were published September 8, 1986 (51 FR 32002). Paragraphs (b) and (d) of 2200.8 are revised to make clear that filing by personal delivery is an acceptable alternative to filing by first class mail, and that the date of personal delivery is the filing date. The effective date of these corrections is April 27, 1987.
