Abstract:

Approval of Virgin Island (VI) State standards, Region II, pertaining to Occupational Exposure to Ethylene Oxide (1910.1047) and Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite and Actinolite (1910.1001 and 1926.58). The State standards are identical to the comparable Federal standards. This decision is effective June 16, 1987.
