Abstract:

Approval of Utah (UT) State standards, Region VIII, pertaining to Electrical Standards for Construction [1926.400]. The State standards are identical to Federal 1926.400 except that the coverage applies to existing installations if they effect the worksite. The State standards are substantially identical to the comparable Federal standards. This decision is effective July 17, 1987.
