Approval of Wyoming (WY) State standards, Region VIII, pertaining to Construction Standards for Gases, Vapors, Fumes, Dusts, and Mists (1926.55); Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite (1910.58); Flammable and Combustible Liquids (1926.152); Arc Welding and Cutting (1926.351); Compressed Air (1926.803); Electrical (1926.400). The State standards are substantially identical to the comparable Federal standards. The effective date of this decision is September 29, 1987.
