Approval of Wyoming (WY) State standards, Region VIII, pertaining to
Special Provisions for Air Contaminants (1910.19); Lead (1910.1025);
Ethylene Oxide (1910.1047); Manlifts (1910.68); Flammable and
Combustible Liquids (1910.106); Portable Fire Extinguishers
(1910.157); Overhead and Gantry Cranes (1910.179); Crawler,
Locomotive, Truck Cranes (1910.180); Derricks (1910.181); Mechanical
Power Presses (1910. 217); Forging Machines (1910.218; Welding,
Cutting and Brazing (1910. 252); Commercial Diving Operations
(1910.440). The State standards are substantially identical to the
Federal standards. The effective date of this decision is November
6, 1987.
