Abstract:
Approval of Oregon (OR) State standard, Region X, pertaining to
29CFR Part 1917, Marine Terminals. The State standard is at least as
effective as the comparable Federal standard, as required by section
18(c)(2) of the OSHA Act. Effective date: June 3, 1988.
