OMB has approved information collection requirements of the final
amendment published in the FR 53:38140, September 29, 1988. All
information requirements contained in 1910.20 in paragraphs (d),
(e), (f)(2), (f)(8), (f)(12), and (h), are effective as of December
13, 1988.
