Virgin Islands, all effective September 15, 1989. New York State
standards pertain to Hazard Communication; Occupational Exposure to
Benzene; Servicing of Single Piece and Multipiece Rim Wheels at
Marine Terminal; Revision of Telecommunications Training Records;
and Revision of Construction Industry Test and Inspection Records.
Virgin Islands standards pertain to Recordkeeping Requirements for
Tests, Inspections and Maintenance Checks; Field Sanitation; Hazard
Communications; Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response;
Revision of Telecommunications Training Records; Occupational
Exposure to Benzene; Servicing of Single Piece and Multipiece Rim
Wheels at Marine Terminals; Occupational Exposure to Asbestos,
Tremolite, Anthophyllite and Actinolite; and Revision of
Construction Industry Test and Inspection Records. Oregon State
Standards pertain to Occupational Exposure to Lead.
