Connecticut State submitted updated Standards identical to 29 CFR parts 1910; 1917; 1926; and 1928 and subsequent amendments covering Mechanical Power Presses; Presence Sensing Device Initiation of Mechanical Power Presses; Exposure to Ethylene Oxide; Testing/ Certification of Certain Workplace Equipment and Materials; Grain Handling Facilities; Exposure to Formaldehyde; Exposure to Asbestos;Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records; Concrete and Masonry Construction Safety; and Crane or Derrick Suspended Personnel Platforms. The State standards are identical to Federal standards and are accordingly approved. Decision effective 2/28/90.
