OSHA has approved the following Minnesota State standards revisions which are identical to Federal standards: 29 CFR 1926.550, 552 and 903, Revision of Construction Industry Test and Inspection Records;1910.268, Revision of Telecommunications Training Records. Also approved are new State standards, 1910.1048, Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde; 1910. 272, Grain Handling Facilities; 1910.1028, Occupational Exposure to Benzene; 1917.44, Servicing of Single Piece and Multi-Piece Rim Wheels at Maritime Terminals; and an amendment, 1910.217, Presence Sensing Device Initiation for Mechanical Power Presses, all of which are identical to Federal standards. Decision is effective March 21, 1990.
