OSHA has approved the following Minnesota State standards amendments which are identical to Federal standards: 29 CFR 1910.430, Commercial Diving; 1910.145, Accident Prevention Tags; and 1910.68, . 106. .147, .179, .180, .217, .218, .252, .440, .113, and .172, Recordkeeping Requirements for Tests, Inspections, and Maintenance Checks. Also approved are new standards covering Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (1910.120), and Field Sanitation, both of which are identical to Federal standards. Decision is effective March 26, 1990.
