Abstract:

This notice announces the Agency''s final decision on the MET Electrical Testing Company, Inc. application for expansion of its recognition as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) under 29 CFR 1910.7. Recognition is expanded to include two additional test standards (product categories): ANSI/UL #913-Instrinsically Safe Apparatus and Associated Apparatus for Use in Class I, II, and III, Division 1, Hazardous Locations, and ANSI/UL #1261-Laboratory Equipment.
