OSHA has approved New Mexico State Standards which are identical to Federal standards covering the following: Ethylene Oxide (1910.1047); Definition and Requirements for a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (1910.7); Servicing of Multi-Piece and Single-Piece Rim Wheels (1910.177); Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite (1910.1001;1926.58); Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records (1910.20);Air Contaminants (1910.1000); Concrete and Masonry Construction - Subpart Q (1926.58; 1926.704); Cranes and Derricks (1926.550); Grain Handling Facilities (1910.272); Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response (1910.120); Formaldehyde (1910. 1048); Powered Platforms for Building Maintenance (1910.66); Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout)(1910.150); Power Actuated Hand Tools (1926.302);Underground Construction (1926.800); and Excavations (1926 Subpart P). Decision is effective 6/12/90.
