This notice clarifies the effectiveness of regulations at 29 CFR 1910.20(g), Access for Employee Exposure and Medical Records, to indicate that all recordkeeping provisions had been approved by the Office of Management and Budget prior to December, 1988. The information collection requirements were approved by OMB and 1910.20(g) was effective on December 13, 1988. Paragraph (g) was erroneously omitted from mention in the 12/13/88 notice of OMB approval and this notice clarifies that it was included in the approval and is in effect.
