On 8/10/90, OSHA published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Occupational Exposure to 1,3-Butadiene (BD) (55 FR 32736). Included in the NPRM was a date by which public comments needed to be submitted and the schedule for public hearings. With this notice, OSHA is extending the dates for public comment and the dates for the public hearings. Comments on the proposal must be postmarked on or before 11/9/90, while notices of intention to appear at the hearings must be postmarked on or before 11/2/90.
