OSHA has approved Minnesota State standards and amendments which are identical to the following Federal standards: Underground Construction final rule (1926.800); Powered Platforms for Building Maintenance (1910.66); Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophylite and Actinolite (1910.1001, 1910.1101); Occupational Exposure to Lead (1910.1025); Air Contaminants (1910.1000);Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde (1926.55); Concrete and Masonry Construction Safety Standards (Subpart O, 1926); Control Hazardous Energy Sources Lockout/Tagout (1910.147); Excavations (Subpart P, 1926); Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories (1910.1450);Welding, Cutting and Brazing; Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (1910.120). Decision effective 11/14/90.
