This notice invites comment on Wyoming''s changes to its Oil and Gas Well Drilling Standards, for which there is no Federal OSHA equivalent. OSHA is seeking comments concerning whether the standard meets the "at least as effective" requirement in providing safe and healthful employment and places of employment. In addition, comments are invited as to whether the standards are applicable to products which are distributed or used in interstate commerce and if so, whether they are required by compelling local conditions, and whether they unduly burden interstate commerce.
