OSHA announces its final decision to expand the current Recognition of ETL Testing Laboratories, Inc. (ETL) as a Nationally recognized Testing Laboratory. The concerned laboratories are located in Cortland, New York; Norcross, Georgia; and South San Francisco, California. The recognition is expanded to include 29 additional test standards for the testing and certification of equipment or materials included within the scope of the standards. Test standards are listed in the Notice, along with conditions which ETL must meet. This recognition is effective on 12/18/90 and will be valid for a period of 5 years from the date of the original recognition (9/13/89 until 9/13/94) unless terminated prior to that time.
