Notice announces the Agency''s correction of the final decision on the ETL Testing Laboratories, Inc. application for expansion of its recognition as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). The following paragraph, in the 2nd column of the notice document of 12/18/ 90 (FR 55 page 51972), should be deleted: "Note: The use of ANSI/UL 913 - ''Intrinsically Safe Apparatus and Associated Apparatus for Use in Class I, II, and III, Division I, Hazardous Locations'', for which ETL has previously received recognition for the testing and certification of products, is hereby also limited to Class I, Division I locations."
