OSHA has approved updated Vermont State standards which are identical to 29 CFR parts 1910, 1926 and 1928 and subsequent amendments thereto, as follow: Amendment to 1910.211 and 1910.217, Presence Sensing Device Initiation of Mechanical Power presses, Final Rule (53 FR 8353); Amendment to 29 CFR 1926, Occupational Safety and Health Standards-Excavations, Final Rule (54 FR 45894);Amendment to 29 CFR 1928.110, Field Sanitation, Final Rule (52 FR 16095). The decision is effective 12/11/91.
