This notice announces the availability for public inspection of a special evaluation report of the North Carolina State plan by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The notice also extends the period for public comment on the petition for withdrawal of federal approval of the North Carolina State plan, previously filed by the AFL- CIO.
