OSHA has approved the following Maryland State standards which have been determined to be identical to the Federal standards: 29 CFR 1910. 1025, appendices A, B, and C, pertaining to amendments and corrections to the Occupational Exposure to Lead Standard for General Industry (44 FR 60981, 44 FR 68827, 47 FR 51117, 55 FR 4998, and 56 FR 24686); and 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(i) and 1926.1053(a)(3), pertaining to amendments, corrections, additions, and revisions to the Safety Standards for Stairways and Ladders Used in the Construction Industry as published in the Federal Register of 8/23/91 (56 FR 41793).
