OSHA has approved Utah State Standards as follows: 29 CFR part 1910 (General Industry); 29 CFR part 1926 (Construction); 29 CFR 1910.1030, Final Rule on Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, and 1910. 1025, Final Rule on Occupational Exposure to Lead. Utah State Plan provides for adoption of standards by reference from the Code of Federal Regulations, and published in the Utah Administrative Code. The Federal Standards incorporated by reference are identical to Federal Standards and are therefore approved.
